Fuchs und Hase means ‘Fox and Hare.’ This is a nod to an Austrian saying, ‘where fox and hare say good night,’ and refers to an area surrounded by forest. The wine is bottled while still fermenting, which preserves the natural bubbles within the bottle. No sulphur and without filtration. Fruity aromas like pear, peach, and orange, alongside a refreshing acidity and lively bubbles. It also has a touch of white pepper.
