Punnets of spicy strawberries and cherries on nose and palate. Soft mousse. Very dry, mineral notes, and grip. Light bodied. Only 1950 bottles produced from grapes grown biodynamically in East Sussex from the ex-winemaker of Tillingham. He likens this wine more to a light red than a rose.
