Piggy Pop Pet Nat

New name, and a new fruit source in McLaren Vale, this is dry, aromatic, a little tannic, with soft, fleshy plum showing most expressively. Fresh, decently balanced, and a more robust, lean style compared to Heavy Petting. Made in tiny quantities by Tim Wildman, an experimental and entrepreneurial English winemaker we've known for a decade now. Best well chilled.
