Pinot Noir

Bottled unfiltered and unfined, this is a fun take on Pinot. As with Haines' Yarra Chardonnay it's the acidity that's just so impressive here, imparting a real spark of life into the wine. The aromatics are also incredibly appealing: a lovely mix of raspberry, marzipan and vanilla mingled with a confected (but certainly not overripe) note of glace cherry. Well balanced at only 11%.
