Such is the changing of our climate that even in Wales we are starting to find some great red wines. This Pinot Noir is from the warm 2020 vintage and has a delightful maturity that we would normally want to wait decades for from wines double or even triple the price from across the channel. Ripe red cherries with some earthiness, a touch of spice and a hint of bacon fat. A really fun wine from an estate certified biodynamic. |B|V|
