Polish HIll

From some of the collest locations in Clare Valley the Polish Hill Riesling is one of the more celebrated whites from Australia. This wine is bursting with fresh limes and grapefruit, petrichor and white blossom on the nose. The palate is structured, bone dry and is fresh with lime and a touch of granny smith apple with an incredibly long finish. This wine is one to savour now but could also age easily and superbly for another 15 to 20 years under its screw cap.
