Pormenor Branco

Pormenor means 'the little things' which relates to the attention to detail winemaker Pedro takes in every step.  He likes to let the field blend of traditional varieties express a true character without excessive concentration, so there is no barrel aging and done with minimal intervention.  A wine of great purity with an elegant texture reminiscent of apricot skin with a persistent mineral finish.
