Poulsard En Amphore

Poulsard is an incredibly thin-skinned grape variety, and because of this produces wines that are very light in colour that benefit from little-to-no sulphur addition. As it happens, this wine is vinified without the use of sulphur, and stored in amphore for three months. The palate has pronounced bright red fruit notes, while still retaining elegance. |O|B|
