A lovely, easy-drinking Champagne from a young grower-producer, Maxime Ponson, who we have just started importing! Maxime practises organically with low intervention in the winery. The Brut has a bright, fruity nose full of strawberry, cherry, red apple and pear with some floral and toasty hints. Excellent balance with a very fresh palate and zesty finish. |nc|
