Las Compuertas Malbec

A nicely polished example of Malbec with good complexity without compromising on freshness. From high altitude centennary vines planted at 1050m, their grapes were destemmed and vinified with indigenous yeasts in concrete eggs before ageing for 8 months. A great purity of fruit is found in its perfume, with lovely flavours of blackberry, dried strawberry, mulched earth, and a fine streak of minerality on the palate. |O|V|
