A fun experimental take on Albarino from a brother and sister team. Aged for several weeks on skins and several months on lees in oak and steel to add more texture and complexity to this fragrant grape variety. Dried apricot and grapefruit zest are complemented by bitter apple skins. The palate has weight but is cut through by a lovely saline minerality.
