Rencontre Beaujolais Villages

Recontre (the Encounter) is a lively expression of relative newcomer Benjamin Azzara's winemaking journey, drawing on his time working for top Bordeaux and Burgundy producers. Fruit coming from Beaujolais' highest Cru - Chiroubles - delivers an expansive and expressive nose. Red cherries, wild strawberries and violets jump around in the mouth, subtly backed by hints of spice and precise oak integration.
