Impressive both for its price, but mainly for its palate presence at only 11%. The balance is remarkable, solid yet lively and detailed, with excellent mineral composure. Its name means ‘as it used to be’, with production methods harking back to Mosel’s past; wild yeast, old oak vessels. A grown-up style.
