A small, family-run estate of 7ha which practises organically, and even sells some of their juice to Pol Roger for their top cuvée, Winston Churchill. Made with 10% red wine from the Grand Cru village, Bouzy. A fruit driven nose of cherry, raspberry and apple skin with pink grapefruit and a toasty edge.
