Aurelien Laharte took over from his uncle and father in 2002; he's a dynamic young grower producing terroir driven wines using organic and some biodynamic practices. This rosé is one of his newest cuvées and shows fresh red fruit with a minty, herbal quality, white pepper and saline minerality. It is focused, energetic and dry with 2.5g/L residual sugar. |nc|
