Dry, with a little body, fresh, delicate fruit and a long subtle finish. The estate's origins are actually Burgundian - it was founded by the owners of Domaine Dujac, the co-owner of Domaine de la Romanee-Conti (and a third partner). Classic, pale Provencal-style rose - a particularly attractive vintage of this wine.
