As a contrast to a lot of their mass-producing neighbours, Marta and John have converted their old vineyards to organic practices and look after their vines with the greatest of care.  Aged for over 5 months on the lees, we get a beautifully creamy palate with flavours of peach, pear and fresh apple then a perfectly clean finish. |O|
