Hailing from the only Burgundian sub-region that permits the variety in its white wines, this is a classy take on Sauvignon Blanc. While the classic gooseberry aromatics are undoubtedly present it's the attractive lemon, lime and grapefruit notes that take centre-stage, and there's a wonderful purity to the palate. An undeniably refined wine.
