Breuer's sole aim is to produce wines that 'compliment good food, are intense, elegant, and age well'. The grapes for this wine come from Lorch, the most westerly village in the Rheingau. It has wonderful aromas of salt and stone fruit. These flavours protrude onto the palate, along with subtle notes of grapefruit pith and a gorgeous minerality reminiscent of wet stones.
