San Andreas Fault Pinot Noir

Hirsch Vineyards

Hirsch has long been considered a leader in California Pinot Noir. Vines were planted in 1980 in this site where the San Andreas Fault runs. Maritime climate, influenced by the Pacific Ocean. Blend of up to 30 blocks, represents the essence of their estate. Using 12% whole cluster, and 32% new oak with 10 months' oak ageing. Creamy blackberries notes, black cherries and a hint of blueberry. Notes of violet, mint, cassis and redwood forest make for a remarkably complex bouquet. |B|
