Santa Barbara County Chardonnay

This is very much of the new generation of CA wines, picked earlier, less oak, and persistent acidity (natural in style). Fresh, broad lemon fruit, and good intensity throughout. It's a concentrated, broad mix, almost yeasty, almost oaky. Good length, excellent balanced, the restraint in the winery suits it so well.
