From a site within the legendary Chateau-Chalon AOC but unable to bear that name, this is a wonderful example of the Jura's signature white variety. Briney lemon and salty minerality intermingle with developing savoury notes, and of course that electric energy that the variety is so famed for is here in spades. Great aging potential.
