Savagnin 'Ouille'

A rarer, fresh, and non-oxidative form of Savagnin wine where 'Ouillé' means the wine was continually topped up in barrel to prevent sherry flavors in the wine since no layer of flor formed during the fermentation. Whilst a yeasty and nutty flavor remains, it is less pronounced than Tissot's other Savagnins, allowing white flowers, lemon, and blood orange to take center stage. |O|B|
