Soave 'Castelcerino' Colli Scaligeri

Flavourful and balanced with well rounded fruit presence, bright acidity, minerality and a good finish. Showing aromas of apples, lemon peel, citrus blossoms, quince and some almond. This organic wine is grown in volcanic soils from vines that rest at the highest elevation in Soave. Sitting on lees for 4-6 months adds lovely character and subtle flavour to the final palate. A cheerful wine to bring in the weekend. |O|
