A blend of Chardonnay from their riverside & hillside blocks, the hillside brings mineral structure & a citrusy and racy acidity complemented by the riverside's fleshier & riper grapes & 11 months in french oak barrels. All together it is a wine with great balance with flavours or lemon curd, peach & cream. Drinking perfectly now with a little time to age too. |O|
