Meaning 'on parole', 'Sursis' comes from a small plot purchased in 2007 in the village of Menetru-le-Vignoble, where Savagnin is the dominant variety. This Chardonnay is a wine of abundant charm, and wonderfully expresses the chalky characteristic of the soil. Aged for 12 months in oak (20% new), expect notes of yellow fruit with ripe, golden hints. |O|B|
