In medieval France wines from Gaillac were prized more than Bordeaux, and wineries in this appellation are working well to bring back their wines to prominence. This low-intervention wine is showing Gaillac's native varieties at their best with the Duras and Braucol giving the wine flavours of crunchy black fruit and licorice, and the Prunelart adding a lovely plum. |O|B|
