Ueberroth is located on steep limestone slopes which helps provide the racy acidity that balances the ripe, sweet red and black fruit. As the wine opens up it shows layers of complexity with dried flowers, sweet spice and a gamey note. The palate is medium to full with silky tannins, all harmoniously balanced by the lively acid backbone. Big but refined. |O|
