A lovely Malvasia based blend from the hills of Basilicata in Southern Italy. 400m above sea level gives the vines some respite from the heat, preserving the freshness. It follows pear drop freshness with ripe melon and aromatic lychee flavours. This would be great with some grilled fish, risotto and shellish or as a BBQ white during sunnier times.
