A classic and very elegant vin jaune made from one of Tissot's finest sites for Savagnin using younger vines (24-30 years old). SInce the grapes eminate from Triassic soils in Jura, this is a very approachable vin jaune in its youth with plenty of nutty and spicy character of walnuts, cinnamon, curry spice, and ginger bread. |O|B|
