Imagine something between a Brunello di Montealcino and Chianti Classico but with a touch more oak.This is a serious, earthy wine that if you give it enough time to open up, brings lovely notes of dark cherry, bright plum, tobacco and tea leaves. you could age this well, but if your patience runs out, decant for a few hours.
