Vouvray Sec 'Le Portail'

An opulent and full bodied 100% Chenin Blanc from the Loire’s famed Vouvray, crafted by a family run Domaine that works with minimal intervention and a more sustainable way of viticulture. Fermented in 500L oak Barrels and aged on its lees for 18 months, this is Vouvray as good as it gets, textural, elegant, one to enjoy alongside lobster and scallops, but don’t skimp on the butter! Will keep for 5-6 years.
