The strength of the 2015 vintage is such that even after this time, the wine is still so fresh and pure. The Goldkapsel refers to the higher quality of grapes and that this is closer to the sweeter end of the Auslese style. Aromas of sweet apricots, nectar, white flower blossom and with the slightest hint of hay and honey. Put this away in a dark corner and forget about it for 30 years. Or have it now with someone and something special if you can't wait that long.
